All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We accept secure online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

If you make a payment through our website, your payment details will be processed securely by our approved payment gateway using an encrypted connection.

The cardholder is responsible for keeping a copy of transaction records and reviewing our policies before completing a purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UAE. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Al Bustan Trading LLC will NOT trade with or provide services to countries or individuals subject to OFAC sanctions in accordance with UAE law.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Returns and replacement requests are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds, where approved, will only be processed through the original payment method.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
